Synopsis

ROCK, 60s, sits in a doctor’s office in Hawaiʻi. He is told that he has less than one week to live. While his doctor recommends him to start a treatment, he insists to have “entertainment” instead.
Rock goes home to his wife/the love of his life, Lucy in her 60s. As they enjoy their breakfast, he asks her to go to Las Vegas with him, the city where they once had their honeymoon. She reluctantly agrees.
When they arrive in Las Vegas, they get dressed for dinner but instead of heading to a restaurant, Rock sets out to buy weed in an alley. He gets two shiny “joints” in a plastic bag from a drug dealer in exchange for his favorite aloha shirt and he and Lucy try some. Now hungry, they head to a bar. They drink beer and Lucy finds a craps table. They lose twice and Lucy was about to give up. Rock convinces Lucy to bet all of their money and they hit the jackpot.
Upon arriving at their hotel, they stand on the rooftop to watch the sunrise. They are back to the reality now and Lucy reveals that she knew about his limited time. Rock and Lucy have their last intimate moment as the sun rises.
