After the screening of PORT OF CALL, stay around for our Hong Kong Film Cinema discussion led by film critic Clarence Tsui of The Hollywood Reporter (Hong Kong office). Tsui, along with other panelists, will discuss the making of PORT OF CALL, as well as the current state of the Hong Kong film industry, including the challenges that many Hong Kong filmmakers face in the changing face of the Chinese film industry, as well as changing trends in international film distribution.
This program is co-presented by the Asian Film Awards Academy and the Hawaii International Film Festival and is financial supported by Create Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Film Development Fund of the Hong Kong SAR Government.
