From director Nobuhiro Yamashita (LINDA LINDA LINDA, LA LA LA AT ROCK BOTTOM) comes a funny, quirky romance starring Yu Aoi (HULA GIRLS, HANA & ALICE, HONOKAA BOY) and Joe Odagiri (I WISH, THE GREAT PASSAGE).

Divorced loner Shiraiwa (Odagiri) is a bit on the down and out. Unemployed and living in a small apartment, he attends a local vocational school to learn carpentry. One day while out at a hostess bar with a friend from school, he meets the beautiful but very strange Satoshi (Aoi). Unbeknownst to him, his quiet life is about to be seriously interrupted. While Shiraiwa and Satoshi play a back-and-forth game of courtship, he finds dating Satoshi to be like nothing he’s ever experienced, challenging him in unforseen ways.
